Terms

Subject to the terms and conditions, Codets will provide file hosting, website hosting, and maintenance services subject to the following:

When applicable, Codets will provide a cPanel account to the client. The client is responsible for any files, databases and third-party tools that are installed within the cPanel environment.

When applicable, Codets will provide FTP access to the client. The client is responsible for any files, databases and third-party tools that are installed within their file structure.

Client will be invoiced monthly or setup an auto payment schedule. Payment is due within 30 days of notification. Failure to make payment can result in website service suspension until payment is received.

  1. Monthly hosting is billed for the current month.
  2. Monthly hosting clients have until end of current month to cancel hosting and avoid additional payments.
  3. Monthly hosting cancellations made during the current month will not be refunded.
  4. Annual hosting clients have 30 days from the beginning of the initial payment to cancel.
  5. Annual hosting cancellations made after the first 30 days will not be refunded.

Client is responsible for all content changes. Content edits and new functionality may be quoted at $30/hr.

Codets provides email support for hosted accounts.

The account, files and database will be backed up regularly.

  1. Website projects including new websites, edits to existing websites and website functionality projects will be billed at the start of the project. Payment is due 30 days after receiving invoice.
  2. Refunds are offered within the first 30 days of receiving payment. Codets reserves the right to refuse a refund on any project after 30 days.
  3. Codets reserves the right to stop work on any project when payment is not submitted within the first 30 days.
  1. 10GB Storage – We will provide up to 10GB of disk space to be utilized by the website and auxiliary files.
  2. Unlimited Bandwidth – Unlimited bandwidth to the website.
  1. Automatic WordPress Updates – Maintain current current and future versions of WordPress including version updates and security patches.
  2. Automatic Plugin Updates – Maintain current and future versions of existing WordPress Plugins including version updates and security patches.
  3. 10GB Storage – We will provide up to 10GB of disk space to be utilized by the website and auxiliary files.
  1. Unlimited Content Changes – Client must provide copy, documents and images. Codets will maintain, edit and create content supplied by The Client. This is only limited to the current framework of the existing website. Content changes including functionality, design, graphics and media may be quoted at $30/hr.
  2. 10GB Storage – We will provide up to 10GB of disk space to be utilized by the website and auxiliary files.
  3. Site Backup & Restore – The site, files and database will be backed up regularly. Codets will restore backup.

Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions, Codets will provide file hosting, website hosting, and maintenance services subject to the following:

You are responsible for domain registration. Codets will host the domain through Siteground Hosting Services.

You will supply content through the form of an existing website or document. We reserve the right to review existing content prior to starting. We will refund 100% of your money and provide a custom proposal for a new project if we feel a custom designed website needs to be built.

Monthly content changes include: copy, document attachments, images, video, new pages and deleting pages. Requests including functionality, design and media outside of new website structure may be quoted at $30/hr.

Codets is dedicated to providing outstanding customer support, we do not want to build a project for a company and leave it unattended, we do not want to walk away and leave our clients after the job is done. Codets wants to dedicate our time to provide our clients a professional and pleasant experience, even before we start the project.
